What payment methods do you accept?

We accept two payment methods online, one is credit cards as VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, The other one is PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal login page straightforward.

Can I pay through Paypal with my credit card?

Yes, you can choose the paypal option and you will be asked to fill in your credit card information to fulfill the transaction.

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged when purchase & payment made successfully.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within one to five working days of receiving your order.

How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to five days of receiving your order, and then from that point it takes about 9 -24 days for items to arrive. each product at Homagic's has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days.

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. for more details please visit our returns & refund policy.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.

If there is some problem receiving the delivery due to Customs?

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. 

we recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

unfortunately your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. 

Can i track my order?

Yes. once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
